SHIPPING POLICY
Everything you need to know about how, where and when your Unblur Beauty order reaches you.
This Shipping Policy applies to all Orders placed at www.unblurbeauty.com and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Orders are fulfilled by Unblur Ventures Private Limited.
1. Where we ship
We also ship internationally to select countries. A flat international shipping fee applies (see below), and any customs duties, taxes or import charges levied by the destination country are payable by the recipient.
2. Order processing time
Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed the next business day. During launches, sale periods and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you posted.
3. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders shipped within India - no minimum order value.
- International orders: a flat shipping fee of ₹1,500 applies, shown at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
- Cash on Delivery (India): a handling fee of ₹50 applies and is shown at checkout.
The exact charge for your Order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Estimated delivery timelines
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote / non-metro PIN codes: up to 10 business days
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on your location and the courier.
5. Tracking your order
6. Address accuracy & failed delivery
Our courier partners will usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails because the address was wrong, no one was available, or the parcel was refused, the Order may be returned to us. In that case we will contact you to arrange re-delivery which may incur a further shipping charge or process a refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Damaged or missing on arrival
We pack every Order carefully. If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or with an item missing, please do not accept a clearly damaged parcel where possible, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order number and photos and an unboxing video, which helps us resolve claims quickly. We’ll make it right under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Delays beyond our control
Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by events outside our control — weather, natural events, strikes, courier disruptions, regional restrictions or public holidays. We’ll keep you updated where we can, but we cannot be held liable for such delays.
